Enjoy your next vacation in this 2 BR, 2 BA cozy and very clean loft condo.

The living room has a comfortable sofa sleeper, fireplace and a flat screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi.

There are games for all ages to enjoy.

The deck has a table and chairs along with a propane grill.

The galley kitchen is fully stocked and seats 4.

There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen.

The master bedroom is on the main floor.

There is a comfortable queen size bed, and a flat screen TV with cable.

The main floor bathroom is in the hallway next to the bedroom.

Upstairs is the guest bedroom that includes a comfortable queen bed, a rocker and cable TV.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and adjoins the bedroom.

Guests are required to walk up 15 steps to enter the condo.

We do not provide propane for the propane grill on the deck, but you can get 1-lb tanks at Walmart, Lowes, or Home Depot. The association only allows up to 2-lb tanks.

The loft bedroom is not fully enclosed. The loft bedroom does not have its own door for entry and can be seen from downstairs.

Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival and guests agree to pay a $25 pet fee.*
