About this property

Scandinavian family home on the water

A truly serene place, perfect for a family to wind down for a while.
3 bed, 2 bath on a one + acre waterfront with pool. We love waking up with the sunrise and go out on the paddle board, or enjoy a cup of coffee on the back deck. Near wades beach, and the neighborhood is very quiet and walkable.

This is our year-round home that we rent out while traveling, we ask you to care for our home as you do for your own.

This stay is all about both the wonderful location (proximity to Wade’s Beach, Mashomack, and the South Ferry) and the beautiful back-yard. The pool and incredible view were the selling points for us and we already miss waking up to the sight of calm and serene surroundings!

We spent a pre-season long weekend with friends in this 3BR home. Great location on the water, beautiful surroundings, nice outdoor space. Unfortunately the pool was not yet open. We could have used screens on the windows and front door, but luckily it was not buggy. Facing east it was very bright in the morning, so more effective shades would have been nice. This home was perfect for our needs, and the property manager was very responsive to minor issues that arose. Would definitely come again!
