The Thomas Cole Historic Site is an easy walk. Short drive east to Hudson, NY or west to the Catskill Mountains. Rented on Month to Month basis only, minimum of one month; All utilities, bi-weekly cleaning, taxes, etc. are included in price . On Street parking. Second floor apartment is not ADA accessible - there are stairs. Are you renovating your home and need a place away from the dust? I had the great pleasure of bringing this beauty back to its original Queen Anne splendor after years of "remuddling." She's a spectacular house in a very convenient location in the Village of Catskill. When the leaves are down, the apartments have great views of the Catskills.
