About this property

The Deichhof area comprises five residential buildings and was completely renovated and completed in the summer of 2007. Great - Dunsum, a place of tranquility just behind the dike, will captivate you. Almost cheesy - like on a postcard. Small but nice - the apartment offers 18 two people space for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful retreat under thatch. Modern and comfortably furnished with private terrace. In particular, our autumn and winter guests will feel comfortable here, but you can revive the tired limbs in a pleasant bath after long, long walks.

To this apartment belongs a car parking space at the house. In a few meters you reach the utility room with washing machines and dryers, also at your disposal. From here you have a perfect starting point for long walks on the beach and the mudflats to Amrum, bike rides to the neighboring villages and in the march and probably the most beautiful sunset in the North Sea region. The Deichhof is located in the municipality of Dunsum, which lies in the west of the island of Föhr. It is located on the traffic-calmed Ortsdurchfahrtstraße and extends to extensive meadows, which are located directly on the dike of the North Sea 500 m away, embedded in the middle of nature. The Deichhof can thus be regarded as an oasis of calm and naturalness.

Nicht ganz was wir erwartet

Kein Infor über Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Normalerweise ist das in das Mittung inkludiert. Her kostet das 42€ am Aukunft. Der Ofer war kaput. Möblierung: billig IKEA - nicht schön. Die kleine hündin könnte nur in Leine am Grundstück gehen. Eben am ein Feld mit keine gäste könnten wir nicht mit ihre Bald spielen. Schilte erkläerte, das man könnte ein Geldbuße bekommen(!) Gäste fühlen sich nicht willkommen.

Renovierungsbedarf

Wir waren schon oft auf Föhr, immer in Ferienhäusern. Diesmal haben wir uns sehr über den allgemeinen Renovierungsbedarf der Immobilie gewundert. Beim Eintreten roch es schon nach Frittenbude und insgesamt etwas muffig. Das Badezimmer hätte ich so nicht einmal meiner Schwiegermutter angeboten (und das will was heißen). Das Mobiliar war alles andere als hochwertig und ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Fazit: Nicht nochmal in dieser Wohnung (Deichhof Whg. 18). Man kann den Urlaub nicht nur Geld abnehmen und nichts davon in den Erhalt der Immobilie stecken.
