The "Southern Breeze, newly remodeled" Beach house will check off all the boxes on your wish list.
* Location: We are beach-side, 2nd row, steps from the beach.
* Pet Friendly, new fenced yard. $75 fee per dog, 2 dogs only, no cats (allergic).
* I can be flexible on check in and check out times if we don't have a reservation prior or after.
* Views: While sitting on the deck you will enjoy beautiful views of the ocean. Property is fenced in so safe for children and pets to play safely.
*Accommodations: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 adults (everyone gets a comfortable bed). Split floor plan, 2 bedroom, 1 bath on one side, and 2 bdrm, 1 bath on the other side. Great for 2 families or more and provides privacy. Plenty of paved parking!

Perfect place for us

Beachview, 2 mins walk to the beach, wide breezy balcony facing the beach, plenty of seating outside and kitchen fully stocked with dishes/cups/cooking supplies made it very suitable for our stay. It was my granddaughter's birthday so a total of 30 people enjoyed the downstairs area with 3 picnic tables, lots of plastic chairs, and a charcoal grill. Thank you Paul for everything.
