Colorful decor and comfortable furnishings invite you to relax and refresh. Start your days with a quick, easy meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. With the stainless steel appliances, gas range, and large island, everyone can help cook up memories. Enjoy panoramic Gulf views at the dining table that seats 6, or pull up a stool to the breakfast bar for more casual dining. The adjacent living area boasts a comfy sectional, side chairs, Internet TV, and plenty of space for family activities. Walls of windows surround the open floor plan, ensuring you don’t miss a second of the front row Gulf views.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level. It boasts a comfortable queen bed, full size sleeper sofa, and a large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The queen bedroom down the hall features an office nook and desk, perfect for workcations or online learning. The upper level hosts two bedrooms - a 2-twin room and a bunk room - that are perfect for kids or teens.
After a restful night's sleep, head out to the covered deck to enjoy Gulf views and warm breezes from your choice of outdoor furniture. Ready for sun, sand, and surf? The beach is only steps away! As an added bonus, the public pool in Jamaica Beach is only a short drive away (open seasonally, daily fee).
BEACH RESTORATION PROJECT Jamaica Beach is currently undergoing a beach restoration project. This project is expected to be completed by the end of the summer. Guests may encounter loud noise from heavy machinery and/or beach access changes/limitations during active workdays.

There is not cable TV at this property, only internet TV.
PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES Jamaica Beach Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pool pass at the pool, at the intersection of Bob Smith and Jolly Roger
PARKING & BEACH ACCESS Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
Beach access is available at either the end of Beachcomber Drive. Foot traffic and wagons for beach gear are allowed on the cleared path. Motorized vehicles (including UTVs and golf carts) are not allowed to use these paths.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

The house is in a good location, right on the beach, and has a great deck with views. There is not an enclosed fence (much of it was torn down). The decorations are not fancy, but the home is clean and functional.

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at Beachcomber! We don't advertise a fenced yard at this home, but appreciate you clarifying that for any other guests looking to enjoy a beachfront vacation here!
Overall the home was good, really liked the location and proximity to Seven Seas Grocery. I would recommend window coverings in the upstairs bedrooms for those who like darkness. We had to tape towels over the open windows, so the morning light wouldn't wake us or the little ones. Also a shade is needed over the glass double doors to the master bedroom. No privacy, so we had to put a sheet over that too.
Our four generational family (ages 1 1/2 to 81) plus two dogs enjoyed this property completely. VERY CLEAN and very solidly built- we were able to have space to ourselves as well as a nice sized family area for dining, cooking and visiting. The view of the Gulf is amazing- Every rental has its charms, but this one had everything we needed for our group.. We were very satisfied.
