We loved every minute! There are a lot of extras that made it even better, screened porch, lots of towels, cooler and freezer outside, lots of space, and lots of fish to be caught!
This property was beautiful and gave our family everything we needed. This was the first vacation our family has been able to take in almost two years because my husband is active duty. The property manager was great and responsive and the house was just as listed. The ocean view from the lenai was beautiful and the the kids loved fishing the canal. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. This home is also very conveniently located.
My family and I have been wanting to plan a trip to the keys for a while. I found this cute house with a canal so we could pull the boat right up to the house. We were definitely bringing our boat so a canal or dock was a must. The house was perfect. We had enough room for the 5 of us but it could sleep more if needed. Location was great! We will definitely rent it again if we make another trip back down.

BE CAREFUL w/ THIS ONE
After paying for the rental in completion is was brought to light there would be a cost with turning on the hot tub (to have hot water). Although listed as an amenity for the home, the charge of heating the hot tub was $56! Also, the property manager instructed per written check in instructions, if the LP tank on grill is empty upon arrival just got to Publix or Winn Dixie and fill it up at either to fix. THIS is not a fix, this is the renter having to make situation right after renting home. If items are listed as amenities; I'm confused how there is a charge for the renter? I would believe the costs associated with the rental include these costs already. Continuing to charge after rental is paid in full is bad practice and a great way to never get repeat business. BTW I reached out to property manager Jessica on both items before arrival and only grill was remedied. NOW I KNOW Thanks again Jessica
House was moderately clean upon arrival, looked like floors were left un done. I informed management upon arrival as well. Won't rent again with this property management group.
