Super nice little place. Location is wonderful - very secluded from neighbors. Didn't mind being close to the train tracks at all (in fact, it is almost a plus).

Wonderful fenced property with ocean views and coastal breezes. The natural light well appointed decor was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, morning walks to Stratford Cafe. The outside swing bench that also faces the ocean with a view made it where you just didn't want or need to leave, so we enjoyed dinner and card games in the afternoon with no need to go anywhere :)

Perfect stay

Our family of 4 adults loved our stay at your home. It was the perfect location for us as we attended a family wedding next door at the L'auberge Hotel. We enjoyed sunset cocktails on the balcony each night and cooking meals here. Easy to get to attractions in the city and beaches. We walked to shops and restaurants in Del Mar town. A fabulous place and would definitely stay again

Great home and the location is simply stunning

This home is charming and well maintained with luscious gardens around, both natural and manufactured. The walk to the beach is simple if you find the secret steps to the tube. So much fun and a wonderful place. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful, Cozy House In a Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and cozy, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Del Mar, with a tunnel just steps away that leads directly to the beach and some of the area's top waterfront restaurants. One thing we weren’t expecting was the train noise, but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Being able to walk everywhere and leave the car parked was a huge bonus. Overall, a wonderful stay in a prime spot!

Del Mar verb

We stayed in this house about 10-12 years ago. It was nice but a little dated. It has since been refurbished and has been updated with all amenities fairly new. The proximity to the beach was great. Would highly recommend it.

Hi, Maureen. Sorry you felt that the location was too close to the train tracks. We actually never receive noise complaints at the house, so we are a bit surprised! Maybe you are a light sleeper. Either way, I apologize for your experience. Take care!
