About this property

Directly from private landlords rent a 100m2 apartment with large terraces of 20m2 with sea views, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, guest toilet, a large open space with dining area, kitchen and living area with beautiful views of Rijeka and Kvarner bay. On the terrace you can go out of the living room. The entrance to the house is general, then you go with stairs to entrance in your apartment. All rooms are bright and spacious. The apartment is air conditioned and have central heating. In the EC there is a large grill available. Parking is available on our private property in front of the house. The beaches are about 400m away, to Njivice center and from here you can reach it on foot. On the beaches are options for parking and many activities for children and entertainment.
Njivice has a lot of tourist offer and rich recreational opportunities. Particularly interesting are the beautiful hiking trails and bike paths.
Supermarket, restaurants and cafes 500m. To Bakerei 100m.

Garage is available for 15 € per day.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft mehr als zufrieden. Super Preis leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Kleiner Nachteil, dass die wohnung im 2. Stock liegt.
