Welcome to RIVERSBEND, the ultimate Airbnb Experience in the Mt. Washington Valley! This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home sits on 10 acres and has 1900 feet of private frontage on the Saco River. Tucked away in the Heart of the valley, this 4800 ft.² getaway is the perfect place for you and your friends and family to make memories that will last forever. Sit by the firepit, jump in the pool, take a dip in the hot tub or take a seat at the bar while your guests play pool. The entertainment is endless!

We live local if you need anything at all!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA's are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Beautiful Property

This was the perfect spot for my family (14 people) to comfortably vacation for 4 nights. Great accommodations, plenty of room to spread out but also wonderful common areas. Close to many area attractions including snowboarding and snowmobiling at Bretton Woods, a sleigh ride at Nestlenook Farm, a trip to North Conway! Awesome!

Large wonderful home with everything

A beautiful isolated location, great for downhill and cross-country skiing. Well plowed roads, and an EV charger! Spacious and interesting house with many gathering spots, all the amenities, well stocked cupboards. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms. Worth the money for a group of 10-20. Good communication with management.

Great Property MGR and great place

The whole process from beginning to end was awesome and easy! The PM was so helpful and was extremely responsive . House was perfect for families and was extremely clean. Had a blast !!
