Beautiful 5br home on the Pemi River! Located on the last street before the scenic Kancamagus Highway! Loon Mountain Ski Resort 1 mile away! Ski or hike the trails! Enjoy Apres skiing at the local restaurants or on the deck with our gas firepit! Relax and read a book or mountain climb! Just paradise! Fun for the whole family! The Master bedroom is located on the main floor with 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs both with spacious bathrooms. Outdoor patio with fenced in yard; deck overlooking the Pemi River; ping pong table; ice maker; subzero frig; double oven; keurig coffee and regular coffee maker!
Quiet family setting on a cul de sac. Ideal for families not suitable for parties.

A fantastic and cozy large house for lots of family to well hang out and enjoy the river together. The host is always wonderful and responsive. It’s also great to bring our small dog along with us to enjoy vacation.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the pemi river right out your back door. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and the many bathrooms are a plus when traveling with a group. It is pet friendly so for us who like to bring our dog, there is a nice fenced in yard for them to play in. I have been going here for the last two years and will be booking again for next year, We all absolutely love it. It is close to all activities and resturants, and just a peaceful experience with nature. See you next year, Wendy Schumann

Wonderful family memories made in this gorgeous home by a spectacular river view. We spent hours on the deck listening and watching the river rush by. Cooked in the kitchen, played cards, ran into town to soak in the local flavor and stop by the gondola ride, shops and brewery. Even a local swimming hole & a hike or two. We appreciated the upscale, yet relaxed mountain vibe. Kudos to the owners on the welcoming feel and communication. Thanks for the memories! We miss the sound of the river already.

We attended a wedding at Loon Mountain Resort. This house was very close and provided a wonderful place for our family to all stay together. The fantastic location right next to the river and the gorgeous views make this such a special place to stay.

60th birthday trip

8 of my best friends/sisters joined me for 3 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday. The location is fantastic and the house amazing. It is very comfortable and inviting, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The fireplace in the great room made the room so warm and welcoming. Anyone who stays here will love the place!

My husband and I and our 4 kids enjoy skiing and hiking. We have been coming to Loon for over 20 years and it gets better every year. There is so much to do for every age!

Why they chose this property

Completely renovated 5br home with unbelievable views! Just relax on the huge back deck with a glass of wine or go hike the white mountains. The trails are close by or you can venture further up New Hampshire with this easy location. Close to Boston but feel like you are far away! You can venture out to the Kangamangus trails or just sit in your private back yard and enjoy the sound of the flowing river!

What makes this property unique

House is one of the closest houses to the Pemi River ever built! Tube or kayak from your back deck!
