Beautiful 5br home on the Pemi River! Located on the last street before the scenic Kancamagus Highway! Loon Mountain Ski Resort 1 mile away! Ski or hike the trails! Enjoy Apres skiing at the local restaurants or on the deck with our gas firepit! Relax and read a book or mountain climb! Just paradise! Fun for the whole family! The Master bedroom is located on the main floor with 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs both with spacious bathrooms. Outdoor patio with fenced in yard; deck overlooking the Pemi River; ping pong table; ice maker; subzero frig; double oven; keurig coffee and regular coffee maker!
Quiet family setting on a cul de sac. Ideal for families not suitable for parties.

60th birthday trip

8 of my best friends/sisters joined me for 3 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday. The location is fantastic and the house amazing. It is very comfortable and inviting, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The fireplace in the great room made the room so warm and welcoming. Anyone who stays here will love the place!

Amazing home! Great location, lots of space and great for bigger groups! We especially loved the fireplace, heated floors, ice machine, pebble shower, heated fan, ping pong table, and serene atmosphere. The property was a perfect location for us! Near restaurants, shops, hiking trails and right on the river!! The house was clean, cozy and so comfortable! The communication with Noreen was great!! We would recommend highly staying here especially being right on the river.

My husband and I and our 4 kids enjoy skiing and hiking. We have been coming to Loon for over 20 years and it gets better every year. There is so much to do for every age!

Why they chose this property

Completely renovated 5br home with unbelievable views! Just relax on the huge back deck with a glass of wine or go hike the white mountains. The trails are close by or you can venture further up New Hampshire with this easy location. Close to Boston but feel like you are far away! You can venture out to the Kangamangus trails or just sit in your private back yard and enjoy the sound of the flowing river!

What makes this property unique

House is one of the closest houses to the Pemi River ever built! Tube or kayak from your back deck!
