The property location was perfect for us with our family close by. Great for boating access and fishing. The neighborhood is also very quiet, we would definitely recommend this property to others.
Great place on the water. The bedrooms were large and one room had more beds than advertised.😊 Lots of outdoor seating and the home was well stocked. Would recommend to friends.
Two families shared the house for the weekend and loved it. Pleasantly surprised by how nice it was and the air hockey table was a hit! Ping pong was super fun too. We enjoyed making s’mores around the propane fire pit and then putting kids to bed and lounging around the other fire table. Highly recommend this house!
Loved location. Lake in front and back of house, house was great size for big family, lots of games provided, great covered patio area, only downfall the covered patio was covered in spiderwebs and at night tons of spiders were out. I would recommend them getting that treated. We had to knocked down tons of webs and buy insect killer. And also grill was not cleaned .
Came in late and had to leave early because of a baseball tournament but the place is great and the host is helpful. Everything was on point except the outside deck could have used some sweeping and dewebbing. As an owner of a mountain cabin I understand spider webs are nonstop and so is debris on the porches etc. But we try to keep it clean, at least for arrival. It’s not always easy as I am totally aware, but it didn’t feel like it had been done it quite some time.
The beds were comfy and the house was adorable. Bruce was very accommodating. It’s a place we would like to come back to with our grandkids and kayaks. Thanks for a much needed weekend away from our current reality!

Disliked: Cleanliness
Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed in this property. It wasn't very clean, there were spider webs everywhere. The host noted that they come back every night, but it is very obvious that they have not been taken care of in a long time. The fence was broken and the pictures of the back area were pretty misleading. We got locked out of the house on the first evening due to an unknown keypad failure. The host was kind and willing to come let us in, but it still sucked that there wasn't a way to get back in the house - no garage code or spare key. We had an infant and two toddlers outside for an hour at night with no way in. When we were leaving and completing the checkout items, we stripped the beds to find massive urine stains and blood stain. It was awful. We bought food to grill but the grill was disgusting and had pineapples still rotting on the grates. So we cooked in a skillet instead. Lastly, the AC kept turning up to 76-78 every hour or so throughout the night and we had restless nights of it getting extremely hot and having to readjust it over and over. Overall, it really just felt like this rental gets bare minimum attention and definitely not what we expected when paying nearly 1100. We would have preferred a hotel by far.
This was such a great place to spend the weekend. The perfect spot for fishing. Nothing huge, but plenty of bites and lots of fun. The outdoor areas are amazing. Inside is even better. Plenty of room to move around and not be cramped. There were 6 of us here and it was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked. The grill works great. The communication with the host was clear and concise. Very professional and friendly.
Exterior needs a little work but the interior of the house was great, lots of space and amenities, kitchen is nicely stocked. Overall, a nice house and a good host.
