Dieses ist mit einem extragroße King Size-Bett (Doppelbett) ausgestattet, welches das Highlight der Wohnung ist. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, welches auf Anfrage als Einzelbett zugebucht werden kann. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Auch eine Essecke befindet sich in der Wohn- /Essküche. Außerdem befindet sich ein Flachbild-TV im Wohnbereich. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC und einem Handtuchtrockner ausgestattet.
