Luxurious apartment walkind distance to the beach, near to downtown, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, golf course, supermarkets. Private parking lot, kayak's for adult and childrens with their respective life jackets, quiet balcony for rest in the "Hamaca". It has air conditioning in all areas, washing machine, dryer for the benefit of its guests. Easy access to the highway, 20 minutes from San Juan, Barcardi Distillery and metro area.

What makes this property unique

A minute walk to the beach, a safety neighborhood with over ten good bars and restaurants walking distance, an authentic beach town. Short drive to groceries, pharmacies, Wal-Mar, Supermax, etc. Plenty of close by excursions to sign for (Recommend using Airbnb experiences to find good ones). We have a battery backup and power generator.
