Stunning Beachfront condo on beautiful Mar Chiquita Beach with Magnificent Ocean View and only steps away from the beach. This condo is newly remodeled with an open concept kitchen and living room where you can enjoy free Wi/Fi and Cable TV and the stunning view of the ocean and beach. We have also renovated the bathrooms and have included a bidet in the Master Bathroom.

Come and enjoy the spacious balcony with two high top tables with chairs and two rocking chairs to sit and relax and take in the beauty of the ocean. This property also includes a Private Patio with a gate leading to the beach, a granite BBQ grill, outdoor shower, another sun patio outside the gate to sit and take in the sun while someone is laying in the hammock on the beach between two palm trees.

Our building is conveniently located next to the large inground pool/patio for you to enjoy a swim or to sunbathe. This condo is 5 minutes walking distance on the beach to Mar Chiquita Blue Lagoon where you will find another beautiful beach area with Puerto Rican food/drink trucks and vendors. You can snorkel right off the beach or just rent a chair and umbrella and take in the breathtaking view of the Lagoon while you enjoy a delicious pina colada.

All you need to have a relaxing beach vacation is at this beachfront property. You can take a walk on the beach, fish, snorkel, windsurf, hike, zip line and even go horseback riding on the beach. You can visit Old San Juan to see the Old Spanish Fort and the towns beautiful old architecture or go to one of the many fine restaurants for dinner and live music. If you want to shop you can visit Barceloneta for the Premium Outlet Stores or hit one of the many casinos on the island.

A fabulous vacation awaits you, whether your with your loved one or a group there is something for everyone! The grocery store, pharmacy and activities are all minutes away.

Our condo is located on the second floor in a gated secured complex of 20 condos. We have a Security Guard who patrols the grounds at night. If your looking for a secluded place without crowds, our place is perfect for you.

The Condo is well appointed and very comfortable. The beach view is amazing and the nearby Playa Mar Chiquita was a lot of fun. We found a number of nice restaurants in the area and enjoyed exploring the area.

A Little Piece of Paradise

Staying at Seaside Apartments in Mar Chiquita really had everything we needed and wanted. Beautiful beach, great pool, clean and comfortable condo. Although we took a few day trips, we were perfectly content to stay on the premises and enjoy our beautiful surroundings!Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

Stunning getaway!

The condo and property were absolutely gorgeous and close to so many wonderful beaches and natural parks! The condo was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. The hosts were great and really helpful. We only stayed 5 nights before heading to Old San Juan for 3 nights. In hindsight, we wish we would have stayed in Mar Chaquita the whole time! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was the perfect place to stay in Puerto Rico.First, the location was ideal, convenient for day trips into San Juan while being far enough from the crowds and traffic to feel like a true relaxing escape. Just steps outside the door was our own slice of sunny and sandy paradise.Second, the condo was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The gated community provided peace of mind, making for a truly restful week. We honestly felt like we were staying in a high-class hotel, all to ourselves! Everything we needed was provided, from comfy mattresses to beach chairs, and the Wi-Fi and streaming access were top-notch.Finally, our host was an absolute gem. She shared fantastic recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants and was incredibly patient with us flight-weary travelers, even when we struggled to follow her clear instructions.We hated to leave, especially to -11 degree temperatures at home! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The accommodations were very nice - feels like it has been recently updated/refreshed - kitchen, bathrooms, etc.I would suggest letting your guests know that although you are steps from the beach, this is not a beach where you can swim. Dangerous rip current, rough waves and rocky shoreline. Nearest beach for swimming is about 15-20 minute drive by car.

We Both Love the Island of Puerto Rico and we wanted to Share a taste of All it has to Offer with Others, so we became a Host. We hope that You Enjoy staying in our Home as much as we do.

We chose Mar Chiquita Beach because of the Beautiful Oceanview and the feeling that your on your own Private Beach. The Great thing about our location is that you can take a 5 minute walk on the beach to Mar Chiquita Blue Lagoon where you will find food and drink trucks and Puerto Rican Music playing in the background and where many tourists and locals love to hang out and snorkel, boogie board and just sit in the pools of the lagoon and watch the waves crash through the opening of the lagoon while they enjoy a cold drink. We also love to gaze at the stars at night while listening to the waves rolling in and out to the ocean.

Our Property is Special because it has a lot of natural light streaming in and Everything is Newly Renovated with a Fabulous View of the ocean.
You will love the open concept kitchen and living room with views of the ocean. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with room darkening curtains for an excellent nights sleep. Our building is located next to the pool where you can enjoy a cold beverage while you sunbathe or just sit and enjoy a good book. You can also hang out at our newly renovated patio and BBQ and prepare a delicious meal for yourselves.
