The sunlit living room is as comfortable as it looks with a queen sofa bed and three chairs - perfect for relaxing, playing board games, watching cable TV, or socializing after a wonderful day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances that make preparing drinks and meals easy. Enjoy a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. You’ll find all your utensils, dishes, drinkware, and flatware. There is a charming breakfast bar and the dining table seats up to six. A washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and WiFi add convenience during your stay.
The Gulf-front Sea Oats complex offers private beach access and a pool with a view of the beach and the sandy dunes. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is just down the road, as are plenty of dining options (including The Crab Trap and Old Bay Steamer), beach shops, and family-friendly attractions such as Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park (half a mile east).

Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs from March 1st through October 31st. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
