There's plenty of space for everyone to kick back and relax in central air conditioning. The full kitchen is laid out perfectly for guests to cook together, and you can still spot the ocean when cooking from behind the breakfast bar. Tile-style flooring throughout the condo means everyone will stay cool throughout the day. The private washer/dryer will keep the swimsuits ready so you can go from the beach to the shared pool and hot tub easily. After a day of beach fun, feel free to kick back and relax out on the balcony. There's a seat waiting just for you.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You won't beat the view!

Beautiful beach and water view! Enjoy it from the living room, porch, master bedroom or standing in the kitchen. Loved the beach service with chairs and umbrella! Good location where it's not super busy but you can get to restaurants easily. Enjoyed our stay and would return!

Vacation well worth it!

This condo was just as pictured. It was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The location is great and the beach view from the balcony was amazing! The beds were comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay.

Our family loves to come down to the emerald coast for vacation. We book with Vacasa based on our past vacations and how they treat us. They have great properties for families at very competitive prices. Highly recommended!!
