There were several minor issues and they immediately took care of us . The one gentleman Ian who came over was very friendly and customer oriented. My family very much enjoyed staying there. You just walk out the back gate and walk across the street and there’s the beach. The water was beautiful. We had great weather. I recommend this place.

What an incredible place to stay. This home is fully stocked and has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. We had 6 kids and 9 adults, and we all had plenty of space. The view from this home is absolutely perfect and the location as well. The property management was very attentive. We will for sure come here again and stay. Thank you for this amazing vacation home, lots of memories made here. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental.

We had a great time. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and proximity to the beach was as good as it gets without actually being on the beach. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were handled immediately. We’d go back for sure.

Our stay at Blessed By The Sea was amazing! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to beautiful James Lee Beach, which was a huge plus.We loved the ice maker, two refrigerators, and fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable after long days in the sun. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and games in the house. We wished the hot tub was a bit warmer it was consistently at pool temp but other than that everything was perfect. Great home for a relaxing multi-family getaway, we’d definitely stay again!

Great location steps from the beach

Fantastic property just steps from the beach. Great outdoor entertaining area with private pool was perfect for hanging out after a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home. Some of the rooms run hot and the internet is spotty, but I never contacted the host about these issues, so not holding it against them. The location is great to get to the beach and the house was so spacious and beautiful. Definitely a great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay! Fourteen of our closest friends and family from the Midwest enjoyed every minute of this beautiful home. The pool, beach, and ocean views were perfect, and the hoe had everything we needed-we hardly left! The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions, including local recommendations for a bite to eat. Highly recommend and would absolutely come back next year! This could be our annual trip together.

This home was everything we expected and more! We had 10 adults and 6 kids and it still felt spacious! We had an easy walk to the beach and the property actually accommodated all 5 of our vehicles. The memories will last a lifetime!!

This house is truly a home away from home. You have everything you need. My family enjoyed the in and outside of the home. The kitchen is chefs kiss!!!! You have all the things you need from fridge, icemaker, space, sitting. The beds were comfortable. Ohhhh and the pool. The pool was so warm it made it so enjoyable for the night time swim.

This was a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. There were a few minor inconveniences that my group encountered (outdoor shower didn’t work, hot tub didn’t work, and unable to set thermostat as it had a passcode on it) but overall it was an enjoyable experience and a great house for a large group!

Glad you had an overall enjoyable vacation! From our Nest history, it shows you ran the A/C units at 69 degrees non-stop for the 3 days you were here. We do have a lock preventing guests from lowering it below 69 degrees as it can damage the system. As for the pool and spa, you did not want to pay for heating so it wasn't heated. Unfortunately this does cost extra outside of the months of October - April and due to the high cost, we have to charge for it. It appears the outdoor shower was working fine before you arrived and after your departure. Wish we knew you had an issue operating it so we could have shown you how to do so.

I can't say enough great things about our experience. The home has everything you could think of and things you didn't think about like a commercial icemaker! The views and access to the beach can't be beat. We loved the added security of the gated access. Anyone thinking about Destin could not pick a better place or a better host. Joey was great and immediately responsive.

Great Experience and Stay

We booked this property for a girls weekend and it was PERFECT! Gorgeous inside and out, the management is so kind and get backs to you so quickly, and it was the most stocked/supplied home I've ever rented. Truly the best property I've ever stayed out. Location is prime as well! Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blessed to the Sea! Lovely home finished nicely with a very well equipped kitchen. Management company was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was great with very quick access to the white sand beach. Would love to return!

Wonderful time!

We enjoyed our time at the home very much. The kitchen was amazing! The bedrooms were so large and spacious. We felt safe at all times in the neighborhood. The location was close to everything that the teenagers wanted to venture out and do. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Sorry you felt this way. To clarify a few things; The photos were taken in January of 2025 so they are accurate. When you booked if this wasn't up to your standards, perhaps you should have booked elsewhere. You mentioned the coffee maker at the home 4 days into your stay. We sent someone over to correct this and someone in your group said there were 3 others so "not a big deal." Sorry this was the tipping point for your negative review even though we tried to correct it.

Wonderful house for a large family! Great location across from the beach. The kids loved the pool. Only issue was the ice maker didn't work. The host sent a repairman over but part needed was not available. Great place to create family memories. Perfect for our family! Thank you!

Great week!

What an impressive place! The space was perfect our big crew, 18 of us and beds and bathrooms for each individual family. Beach access was 3-4 minutes away. Massive kitchen with more than enough space and we never felt cramped or crowded. The pool deck was also spacious, clean and chairs for everyone. We found our beach spot…would be tough to beat!

The best family vacation ever!

Our large party of 20 fell in LOVE with Blessed by the Sea! Truly the most perfect vacation home for our family with lots of kids of all ages! The short walk to the beach, the kitchen, separate rooms/baths, and the backyard was all simply a dream! The house was so well maintained, updated and clean. We will never forget the memories made here with our extended family. Cannot recommend this house enough! We’ll be back!

Wonderful

This place was great. Very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen was very well stocked ( we cooked in a lot to avoid the long waits). The outdoor space is one of the best we’ve had in the Destin Area. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool. The double washers and dryers were awesome to have. The property managers were great.

You Have To Stay Here!

I had an idea of what the place looked like from the pictures but it’s truly even better in person. Every room has a good amount of space and the open dining, kitchen, and living setup makes for the place feel bigger than it already is. The back of the house faces the beach and it’s so nice to enjoy the pool and see the beach. The location is great if you enjoy walking or running. You are still so close to great restaurants. I can’t recommend this house enough!

Wonderful place for our family vacation!

My large family (my children, my siblings & their children, our parents) stayed here and loved it! It was the perfect size for us, with plenty of space and seating. The location and pool size were a huge plus. We are already making plans to stay here for the next all-family vacation in a couple of years. The only downside, I would say, was that the second-floor bunk room had no window covering, and the two fold-out sofa beds didn't have any sheets or pillows. We made it work-luckily the families staying in those rooms had sheets and pillows with them. Overall, a wonderful home!
