Die Lage der Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Seebrücke ist ideal. Aufgrund des vorhandenen Fahrstuhls ist sie auch bei eingeschränkter Mobilität gut nutzbar. Der Service der Zimmervermittlung Zingst war wie immer absolut nicht zu beanstanden. Die Buchung verlief problemlos und auch die "Betreuung" vor Ort war wie immer prima.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, wir waren zu zweit. Mit 4 Personen durch die Schlafcouch gut mietbar. Großzügiges Bad. Sonne vom Nachmittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang (im Meer) auf dem Balkon. Keine Fliegengitter, war auch in der 3. Etage nicht erforderlich. Hausmeisterservice schnell u. freundlich (Glühlampe im Flur musste getauscht werden). Leider kein W-Lan, nur der offene Hotspot Zingst, welcher jedoch nur auf dem Balkon zu empfangen war. Einiges vom Geschirr und Besteck war nicht sauber, was sicherlich nicht der Reinigungskraft anzulasten ist. Aber hier sollte durchaus besser unter dem Bett gesäubert werden: hier lag in einer verstaubten Box ein Gebiss :-) Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es durch das Theater auf dem Deich und die verschiedenen Musiker in der Strandstrasse kurz vor dem Deichübergang auch sehr laut sein kann. Waffel-Maik, den wir seit den 90-er Jahren kennen, direkt vor der Tür zu haben, war genial. Diverse Fahrrad- Verleihe, Bäckerei und Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen, immer ein gesicherter Tiefgaragenplatz! Fischland-Darß-Zingst immer wieder sehenswert. 2. Schlüssel möglich, wenn man mal zu verschiedenen Zeiten heimkommt. Wegen der Kraniche unbedingt auch im Herbst zu empfehlen! Tagesausflüge nach Stralsund, Rügen, Vogelpark Marlow oder Rostock/Warnemünde mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Alles in allem: angenehme Unterkunft. Leider haben die Temperaturen zu unserer Reisezeit nicht mitgespielt und es war extrem stürmisch.
