Enjoy a lovingly and personally decorated apartment spanning approximately 45 square metres, quietly located and surrounded by gardens. It’s right near the beach—just a 5-minute walk away.

Enjoy your morning coffee on your private terrace, or relax on the cosy couch after a day at the beach and spend an evening watching TV with your loved ones.

This gorgeous, bright apartment is located on the ground floor.
The living and dining area with an open kitchen, as well as the bedroom, open out onto the west-facing terrace with a small garden. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a cosy bedroom with a large double bed (160x200 cm), and a storage room with a washing machine and all the essentials.
The cosy couch can be easily converted into a double bed (140x200 cm) with a box-spring mattress, so your child or grandchild can sleep comfortably too.

Upon arrival, you can park your car in a private parking space in front of the house.
The location near the town centre makes it easy to go shopping on foot or by bike, take a lovely walk along the Baltic Sea coast to your favourite restaurant, and visit all the interesting spots in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst!
A bike rental shop is located right around the corner on Rosenberg.
If you’re bringing your own bike, there’s also a private, lockable bike shed.
