Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb 10-15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar ein bisschen eng, aber sauber und ruhig. Über eine Teekanne, ein Teesieb und eine Reibe hätten wir uns gefreut. Wir sind keine Kaffeetrinker. Den Aufgang im Treppenhaus fanden wir etwas muffig. Davon abgesehen hat es uns gut gefallen.

Sehr freundlich und saubere Wohnung in super Lage

Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Anreise war flexibel und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt in guter Nähe zum Zentrum und gleichzeitig Strand. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war super. Rundum sehr zufrieden, können wir empfehlen.

Bewertung Ostseehaus Petersen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Herrn Petersen empfangen und das Haus sah auch sehr gepflegt aus. Im großen und ganzen kann man das für ein Kurzurlaub machen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage zur Strandpromenade und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Allerdings war die Wohnung schon ein bisschen sehr altbackend und könnte ein paar Erneuerungen vertragen. Ein bisschen Schade war es, dass keine Seife im Bad bereitstand, abgelaufene Gewürze und Spülmittel (2-4 Jahre alt) zum Verbrauch bereit gestellt waren und auf die Nachfrage nach einer neuen Toilettenpapierrolle es hieß man müsste sich selber welche kaufen (freundlicherweise haben wir ohne weiter nach zu fragen eine bekommen). Und zum Kochen oder ähnliches musste man die Lebensmittel auf einem Teller schneiden. Für die Wintermonate empfehlen wir die Wohnung allerdings nicht, da es keine Heizung im Schlafzimmer gab und die im Wohn/- Essbereich auch ziemlich gering geheizt haben.
