Experience an exciting and relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea - your holiday apartment is located directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea.

The house and the apartment are in good condition and offer 2 floors. The bedroom is on the upper floor. This is equipped with a sofa, a large wardrobe and a double bed. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the lower floor.
The bathroom was totally renovated in 2017, has a very large shower / shower cubicle, sink and modern toilet.
The apartment is on the top floor of Königsberger Allee 40 in Grömitz.

SHORT: Located directly on the Baltic Sea, own parking lot & balcony. Relaxation on 2 floors.

Schöne Aussicht

Super Lage mit Sicht aufs Meer. Wohnung im Gegenteil. Die Schränke haben gemüffelt. Das Bad und das Geschirr haben wir erstmal genutzt, bevor wir es benutzt haben. Die Heizung mussten wir auf 5 stellen damit der Heizkörper überhaupt warm wurde. Im Bad ging die Heizung garnicht. Da es zur dem Zeitpunkt noch kalt und regnerisch war, hatten wir ein ziemliches Problem nicht nur die Handtücher sondern auch die Klamotten trocken zu bekommen. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Grömitz werden wir uns was anderes suchen.

Lage der Fewo ist top..Parkplatz direkt am Haus,Wohnung ist im 3.Stock..toller Blick zur Ostsee..man ist in 5 Minuten am Wasser..hundestrand ist ca.500m von der Wohnung weg Zur Wohnung an sich: Größe der Wohnung für 2-3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Küche an sich sehr klein, reicht aber für Frühstückszubereitung u kochen von kleineren Gerichten. Backofen nicht vorhanden dafür aber eine Mikrowelle.Kühlschrank vorhanden aber es sollte evtl mal ein neuer rein, lässt sich vom Kältegrad kaum regulieren.Balkon sehr schön von der Größe. Balkonmöbel sind auch schon etwas älter.Bad ist sehr klein u da kein Fenster vorhanden ist muss die Tür meist aufstehen . Eine Ablage für.etwas Kosmetik usw könnte hier noch angebracht werden. Schlafzimmer sehr groß u geräumig..ebenfalls mit tollem Blick zur Ostsee....es gibt noch ein zusätzliches schlafsofa im Schlafzimmer..Stauraum ausreichend vorhanden. Zur Sauberkeit:eine gründlichere Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert ..Spiegel u TV und Gläser.hatten alle einen dezenten Schleier.. Alles in allem aber eine schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Lage und tolle Wohnung

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig aber doch nah am Strand. Sehr zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gefehlt hat uns lediglich etwas, um Nasse Handtücher etc. Aufzuhängen. Dies ist aber schon beim Vermieter angesprochen. Auch ist das in unseren Augen kein Kritikpunkt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Grömitz 2021

Die angebotene Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Strandnähe mit Meerblick sowohl vom Balkon / Wohnzimmer als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und modern. Ein Schwachpunkt war das Bad, in welchem durch die schwache Belüftung die Feuchtigkeit nicht entweicht. Da das Bad nur oberflächlich gereinigt war hatten wir schwarzen Schimmel an den Duschbrausen, Schläuchen und auch an den Fliesen vorgefunden, welchen wir dann selbst weggeschrubbt haben. Danach haben wir die Badtür durch den vorhandenen Türstopper immer geöffnet gelassen. Der ganze Buchvorgang und Kommunikation bei FeWo-direkt ist nach unserer Erfahrung mangelhaft. Man muss den ganzen Betrag bezahlen, ohne jegliche Informationen über z. B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Parkmöglichkeiten u. a. Diese bekommt man erst eine Woche vor Reiseantritt.
