Great location but hit or miss rooms

With a large group so I saw several different rooms. Some are hosted by the hotel and some are hosted by private parties and rules differ so be very careful when choosing your room! Our room was suite ws way smaller than I expected, the TV remote didn't work, the shower in the tub combo had very low temp and pressure, and the 3 balconies included two slider doors without external platform (is it really a balcony?). The highlight of the property was the bar/restaurant at the pool. The food was very good and the staff was AWESOME!. Huge shout out to Sam, Atis, and John. If it wasn't for these guys I'd give the property <1 star.
