The scope of the project includes drilling, intermittent closures of laundry rooms, power outages and water shutdowns Guests will be notified in advance if their room will be affected by these outages.

The scope of the work includes drywall cutting and carpentry. Replacement work will occur on all floors. Done by stack or unit series. Unit stacks will be unoccupied during work.
