Tides 1506 is the ONLY 3 bed/3 bath suite on the penthouse level! This unit is the "crown jewel" of the Topsl Resort! It is direct oceanfront. The ocean views are incredible!

You deserve the best! You have worked hard and now is the time to treat yourself and your family! Be the envy of all of your friends! There is NO better place on the beach. If you appreciate nice furnishings and the most spectacular panoramic view of the ocean, this place is for you.

Location! Location! Location! We are located oceanfront in a 52 acre gated resort next door to the Hilton Sandestin resort on the west. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is on the east.

From this Penthouse Suite you get a panoramic view of the sugar sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as a skyline view of Destin! There is 10 ft ceilings with floor to ceiling glass on two sides allowing you to see from the beach all the way to the bay side. PLUS - enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing on your GIGANTIC 475 sq ft balcony.

*Fully furnished kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including ice/water in the door refrig, convection microwave, smooth top range and dishwasher.

*Luxurious master suite makes you feel like royalty with top of the line king size mattress, and en suite with double vanities, whirlpool tub and walk in shower.

*2nd Master bedroom boasts King furniture with Tommy Bahama detailing also includes an en suite bath.

*3rd bedroom features top of the line twin XL mattresses that can be made into a king bedroom upon request.

Great resbit

Our family of six adults enjoyed our time immensley!!! It is spacious with awesome views and all amenities. The washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful. We used the pool and pickle ball courts and the beach was spectacularly beautiful. Loved it!

Destin Tides Paradise

Phenomenal stay at the Tides of Tops’l. Our host Michelle was engaging right from booking. She made sure our stay was first rate. The views from the patio were amazing and it was wonderful to enjoy morning tea watching dolphins below. Kitchen is well equipped. Parking very convenient. Look forward to our next trip at Destin Tides.

Fabulous Condo

We stayed here with our family again for our 3rd time. Never disappoints. Great location & beautiful views of the ocean. Everything you need is here. Tucked in the corner on the top floor… doesn’t get any better!

The view!

Stunning property, extremely communicative hosts. GORGEOUS views. I’m excited for another excuse to rent this. Literally zero complaints. We had the best time, AND THE CHIEFS WON THE SUPER BOWL! Icing on the cake for one of the most incredible stays we have ever had through VRBO.
