Keep walking in a straight line and you have arrived at the heart of the home- brand new pool with jacuzzi. Beautifully furnished and decorated by a professional designer this home features king size bed master bedroom with its own private full bathroom, walk in closet and a flat screen smart TV and of course direct access to the pool. The guest room has a queen size bed with beautiful sea motifs. Then we have the kids room which has 2 bunk beds, which can accommodate a total of 4 children. You will have a well deserved relaxing vacation here. Pack your swim suits and sunscreen, and come have fun in the sun!

Relaxing getaway.

Great house, fully remodeled and incredible well equipped. I really appreciated some of the small stuff like extra plastic bags and ziplock bags which are incredible useful in a short term rental. The house itself was impecable and the location excellent, just a few minute to Vanderbilt beach and lots of restaurants around.

Great stay at The 96!

We had to book this stay extremely last minute due to a different host cancelling our VRBO. That being said, Silviya was incredibly responsive and helpful when booking her property. She responded to messages immediately and made sure things were taken care of at the house. The house was in great condition and just the right size for my group. We will definitely stay at her property again.
