Furnished 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome close to everything! Baypointe is a townhome community located in the popular and established Baymeadows area. This location is close to I-95, the Town Center, downtown Jacksonville, many businesses and health care facilities.  This townhome comes with everything needed for a furnished rental including a one car attached garage all appliances plus a full-size washer and dryer located on the ground floor.  The rear patio overlooks open green space.  2 bedrooms located on second floor.  Master has attached full bath and the guest bedroom has a full bath also. Queen beds in both rooms.

Nice townhouse in nice neighborhood for an extended stay.

Overall nice property. Enjoyed the stay. Minor problems - 1 - downstairs half bath toilet stops up inexplicably at times with no discernable obstruction. 2 - Microwave hood light is burnt out. 3 - beds are quite comfortable, but should be on a lower base for the older style innerspring base and mattress sets OR lose the unnecessary innerspring base and put the mattress directly on the higher newer style frame. The current setup made my 5'3" wife need a stepstool to get into and out of bed.. Again, overall very nice place for an extended stay.
