Beautiful mountain views

This property was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed staying here and visiting area attractions. The only thing we found inaccurate about the posting was the exercise room/gym as in the pictures, I'm guessing it was behind one of the locked doors because other than that it looked exactly like the pictures. I'm not going to deduct any stars for that because that wasn't why we booked it but maybe someone else would want to know that.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the property and the location. It worked well for extended family members. The property was as it was presented in the online presentation. We had a great time. We will come again.

Beautiful location, comfortable home

Loved our weekend - everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our son enjoyed seeing the cows in the field right across from the front of the house and it was an easy drive into Luray to do activities. Would recommend!

Stay in February

We had a really good time staying here. The house was not swept at all and stank in the kitchen will flys all around. The toilet next to the laundry room was not balanced so every time you sat down the whole bowl would tilt forward and spill water. Other than that we had a good stay

Holiday weekend in the mountians

The house is perfect and as advertised. We loved everything about our stay. Especially the 360 views and proximty to Luray Caverns. The house was better equipped than most VRBO stays as fat as toiletries, towels, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent and much, much more. We loved the morning sunrise over the mountians and thw sunset out back at the fire pit. Our daughters long term boyfriend proposed over the weekend andnwe have a wedding to plan now. Large kitchen/eating area, large laundry area. The views around the property are stunning and the area felt very safe. We have already recommended the rental to a friend and his family whose in town from texas and wants to take them to the caverns.

We recently purchased our dream vacation home in Luray, VA and want to share it with you! Bryce is an engineer from NC and Marianne is a crafter and stay-at-home mom from Las Vegas. We live with our four kids in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Why they chose this property

Since I was young I have loved the rolling hills of the Shenandoah Valley, and was captivated by Luray Caverns when my parents brought me there as a child. My family has always vacationed in and around America's national parks since my grandfather was a National Park Ranger and my father grew up literally in national parks. Our family loves hiking, kayaking, tubing, snow boarding and rock climbing, and the Shenandoah Valley lets us enjoy all of the above. When we had the opportunity to buy this property near Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park we had to take it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

The 360 degree panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Parkway, Massanutten Ridge, and rolling hills and farmland of the Shenandoah Valley really captivated us when we first saw this home.
