This 2 bedroom 2 bath, in the Village of Citrus Grove is close to restaurants, Brownwood Square, Edna's on the Green and shopping. You can hop on the beautiful golf cart and go out your backyard to the path that leads to everything The Villages has to offer, such as swimming, pickleball, golf, live music every night at all the Squares, restaurants, and shops galore.
Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

The Villages

Beautiful area and staying at this home was so enjoyable! Having the golf cart to get around was so much fun! Highly recommend to stay here!

2 week stay in St. Catherines villa

Had a great time exploring the area in owner's golf cart and playing lots of pickleball on the nearby rec center.

Disappointed

The property is fine,clean,and comfortable.the location is pretty far away from things Whomever is responsible for checkin and supplying the ID cards info etc is totally incompetent. I responded as soon as I received the email to fill in forms etc. no response .I called a week prior to be told all would be sent, it was and I returned all filled in.. still nothing, nothing ready when we got there.a royal run around to no avail. No ID cards were ever given, very disappointing as we had hoped to enjoy the championship courses.
