The Grand Saguaro is a gorgeous, glorious Gilbert luxury home with lots of room for fun on an oversized half-acre lot!!!! This home has enough beds to sleep over 27 people! All brand new furniture, and brand new designer landscaped backyard with brand new sparkling pool and hot tub all just finished as of June 2022!!! New turf with 7-hole putting green, sport court with full-sized pickle ball and basketball court, trampoline, ping pong table, pool table, shuffleboard, pac man arcade game! Additional fees apply for heating the pool and hot tub.

We have a one-time pet fee of $250 per pet.
There is an extra cost for extra guests : $20 per guest per day.

What an amazing property for our family group ranging in age from 6 to 93! So many outside activities to keep the 6 grandkids busy and happy -- the pool, pickleball, basketball, the trampoline, mini golf and just lounging and hanging out in the different areas of the yard. The inside areas equally as accommodating. The bunk room was definitely the hangout room for the kids, great for them to have their own separate space! The dining area outside was perfect for our Easter brunch and the inside dining room, beautiful for our Easter dinner. The place settings enough for all meals! A perfect place for a family get together! Loved it!

Great house for housing our baseball team. The boys were so happy and totally occupied when it wasn't game time. Heating the pool during Feb was the right move they couldn't stay out of the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend The Grand Saguaro house!

Fantastic place

If you have a large gathering and want a great place to stay, this is it. The outside spaces are large and great and the bedrooms are great for large groups.

Just keep looking. This is obviously a home that is being treated like an ATM. It was nice at one time, but as things broke or wore out, they were replaced with Kmart quality. The extra 225 a day to have the pool/Hot tub warm enough to use seems a bit excessive, especially when We couldn't even use it for the first 3 days. Was there a refund for the days we couldn't use it...NOOOOFind a home where they still care about your experience

Summer Staycation

The Grand Saguaro was an excellent house to host a summer vacation getaway. The house was very clean, roomy, cozy, full of entertainment inside and out. The house had the best amenities, equipment, furnishings, and a lot of entertaining activities for teenagers and adults. Daniel (the overseer of the house) is a great communicator, very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. We all enjoyed our stay! Great family memories were made at this house.

Wonderful Property

Wonderful Property, host was amazing, you have everything you need to accommodate all of the guests comfortably. Fresh towels and linens are clearly marked, enough games and things to do for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Overall the property along with the backyard & amenities was perfect for what we needed. The only setback was the limited amount of bathrooms (3) for 20 people trying to shower, etc. which made it challenging to get ready on time.

Beautiful home!

Large group of 17 stayed there while visiting family- plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved playing outside in the pool, mini golf and basketball court. Had all the amenities we needed. There is an additional fee per person to have people come over and visit for the day so plan accordingly for that but overall an amazing home!

We literally didn't leave the property for a week. The kids played in the backyard from sun up to late into the night everyday. Wonderful Back yard!!!!

Perfect backyard and wonderful host!

We stayed with 3 families with kids ranging from 5 to 20. There was plenty of space and activities for all ages. We loved the pickle ball court and the pool heat was fantastic. The host made our stay perfect. They were very responsive and were at our door with whatever we needed with in minutes of us asking for anything.

Anniversary celebration

Our family gathered here for a special experience celebrating a special event, and we were not disappointed. As promised, the beautiful house was well-equipped and spacious with plenty of room for all of us.The various room layouts suited our group very well ……our youngest grandchildren loved having a bunk room to themselves while the older ones thought the games room was a great place to hang out..The entire yard “ playground” was utilized from morning to night, often ending with S’mores at the fire pit.A great place to enjoy ourselves and each other!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The backyard entertainment space was fantastic for our family - we played lots of pickleball, went swimming every day, and enjoyed multiple meals on the grill. Fantastic memories were made. One recommendation for the future would be to ensure that all listings include prices of heating the hot tub and pool.

Perfect Stay in Quiet Gilbert

My family very much enjoyed the stay at the Grand Saguaro - the house, inside and outside, was even more impressive than the listing shows. There is plenty of space with different sitting areas inside and outside, the bedrooms are all well laid out, and there is plenty of equipment for outdoor activities. The house also comes with ample dishes, cutlery, and cookware- twice what you need even if you had all the beds filled.

This home is so stunningly beautiful.

The backyard really looks & feels like paradise. Brand new pool/hot tub, putting green, sport court/pickleball/basketball are all so inviting, gorgeous, and fun. All of the furniture inside & patio furniture outdoors looks brand new and feels high end & luxurious, yet very comfortable & relaxing. This home really is amazing!

I went door knocking on my street with the hope & goal to acquire another home in the neighborhood as we love living here in this community. Our neighbor said he was definitely moving out of state, so we struck a win/win deal. We scraped the entire backyard to redevelop the entire landscaping with a brand new pool, hot tub, sport court, BBQ seating area, pergola, etc, and we are so grateful for beautiful & nice it turned out! The renovation work took just over 6 months to complete!
