About this property

2nd story condo located across the street from the famous Powderhorn Ski Resort in the Powdermill Creek condo building. This is the perfect location for all your adventures in the U.P. Updated, fully stocked kitchen, large couch, large smart TV with Netflix preloaded, queen bed, full bed and a bunk bed (full, twin). This condo can comfortably sleep 8.

The building is older but very unique. There is a waterfall and river directly behind the building. The common areas are a little weathered but the space is truly unique and I trust you will find this condo very comfortable.

Please note, the building heat is controlled by the HOA. We do provide fans if it gets too hot and blankets if it's cool. In the summer, we have a window A/C unit.

Please note, pets are allowed but a $30.00 fee will be charged. You can have up to 2.

Nice!

Well maintained condo in an old ski resort. Very clean and well supplied kitchen and bathroom. Host provided clear check in instructions and also checked in to make sure our stay was going well, which was nice! The towns in the area had plenty of places to eat and there was a Walmart a quick drive down the road. Plenty of waterfalls in the area to check out as well.

Excellent, perfectly located little gem

We chose this location to spend a week away from daily life recovering after a surgery. The location is perfectly close to town and perfectly far from town. The actual rented space is very well thoight out and very comfortable. The common spaces are a time warp back to the 90's and not currently operating, but this doesnt at all effect your stay or your rented space. Not to far was Copper Peak and Black River Harbor...both breathtaking adventures you deserve to go on!

fantastic condo; just ignore your first opinion

When you pull up to this abandoned ski resort, you may have some feelings. Its kind of cool and you can imagine that it was once a busy place. But it does look creepy. I wasn't sure what we were in for. However, the condo itself is LOVELY. nice details. very comfy for my family. The area is really cool- with lots of natural beauty that you can drive to. The price was great and we had a nice time- I wish there was an area right outside that the kids could play in, but it's not that kind of place. It was perfect for a few nights.

Great location for ski vacation

The location was perfect, near ski resorts, off the main road near grocery shopping. The condo had what we needed for three people. The owner was correct in disclosing the common areas of the building are a bit run down and some areas are closed off, making it feel a bit creepy upon entry. With the exterior camera and more families coming in for the weekend, this place felt safe.

Clear Trail Properties is owned by a family from southern Wisconsin. Buck, Ashley & Korbin (pictured below). They have a passion for the outdoors which didn't exactly fit the landscape southern Wisconsin had to offer. They knew they needed to find a place so perfect that it had to fit their outdoor lovers dreams. That is when they began traveling to the U.P. and history was made.

Buck, Ashley & Korbin are avid snowmobilers, but they love the summer months as well as; hiking, biking and kayaking. They have spent many seasons traveling to the U.P. and love everything it has to offer. The scenery is breathtaking and is so peaceful. It makes you forget about everything else for that moment in time.
