Beautiful home. Very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, and towels. The couch was also great to lounge together. Kitchen was well stocked, including serving dishes. Location was centrally located for us to visit family. Will absolutely stay here again!
We found this to be a beautifully furnished, quiet home. The beds were comfortable, the towels were nice, and the ice maker worked. Absolutely no complaints!
This is a very nice and clean home, ideal for staying with family and friends. It is well maintained and offers good services to guests during their stay.

Very nice, clean, well cared for; this property is just an all around beautiful home to stay at!
We’ve stayed here twice now and couldn’t be more grateful for a place to call home as we visit family! Clean, comfortable (especially the beds), great location and nice neighborhood! We will be back!!!
Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. Great floor plan. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Works well for our family. This is our second time staying here, and we will stay here again when in the area. Host is so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this home!
This house was everything we hoped it would be, with all the amenities, a spacious kitchen and a grassy yard. The owner was always available to help. We plan on staying here in the future.
Had a very nice 5 night stay visiting family. The location of the home was half a mile from my family. Home was as advertised and could not have asked for anything more. Would definitely stay again.
We were in town to visit my Grandboy and truly found this GEM of a VRBO! This home was super clean and the beds so very comfortable! All our needs in the kitchen. The property manager was easy to contact and we were able to communicate easily. I have my son, daughter in law and perfect grandboy in Post Falls so we will be back! Thank you so much for letting us stay, we’ll be back!
Sadly no hot tub!! The overall property was nice, location was great for us. However when I booked this property per the description I expected a hot tub and/or at least a soaker tub. Which was one of the main reasons I booked this home. When I made contact with the manager - they confirmed the accuracy was wrong in the description, and there was not any on the property, however at that point nothing could be done. It was truly disappointing,
The house is nice and clean but it is a builder quality home with basic amenities. The bed frame in the master is a POS. It was way low in the middle and felt like laying in a taco. When i looked underneath the mattress, it was a really cheap frame that was falling apart with an old bottle jack under one slat. I added a 2x6 to distribute the load but the jack has a leaky seal so it dropped down thru the night. After i jacked it up and extended the screw on top of the bottle jack, our last night there was actually in a bed that was fairly flat. Hopefully the owners will invest in a quality bed frame in the near future

Thanks for letting us know about the problem with the bed - I wasn't aware that it was sagging, and I'm not sure who added a bottle jack. We'll get that fixed or replaced right away.
Overall this was a great place to stay in between Spokane and Coeur D'Alene. House is newer, clean, and nicely decorated/furnished, without a lot of excess decoration clutter. With our review, we tend to share things that may help a future renter. Nothing would stop us from renting this place again if back in the area. Just things that may be helpful to know about that may not be obvious in the listing. It does lack some basics such as teapot/kettle, spatula turner, steak knives, pots (there is only 1), dish set only for 6, recycle bin, kitchen hand-soap, box of tissues, but nothing significant. The listing says there is a soaking tub in the primary bathroom but there isn't even a tub in that bathroom. Again, no big deal for us. They leave a garage opener so it was nice to come and go via the garage door. There is a fully fenced backyard with a nice green lawn. The house backs up to a road that has traffic regularly going by (with a stop sign one house away) so the traffic is noticeable when outside. There isn’t a welcome kit in the house so we asked about the lawn maintenance schedule (we have been surprised by that at a different house) and trash/recycle days (trash bin was very full and didn’t want to miss it). We had a running joke that all the sidewalks in Post Falls just end and don't connect from neighborhood to neighborhood so walks were short. This house was a great place to stay and we’d stay here again.

Thanks for the feedback Kim - we've ordered some additional kitchen supplies as they've somehow become depleted over the past year!
This property exceeded our expectations. Very nice house, very clean and great neighborhood with easy access. Overall, an easy 5-star rating. I can easily highly recommend this property. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
