Kitchen, Dining,and Primary bedroom all overlook balcony to the beach. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the primary bedroom, and an extra large Twin size bed over a Queen bunk bed with trundle in the guest bedroom. Maximum occupancy seven persons. Great Place

This was our 2nd time at Saida Towers and really loved this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing and even though, we had clouds the whole time we were there, I can only imagine how beautiful the sunsets would have been from the front balcony. The Saida Towers are very well kept and the grounds are immaculate. The gated entry is also a plus. This was our first time to rent from Franke Rentals and it definitely won't be our last. They are very friendly and called to check on us to make sure everything was perfect. The check-in/out process was very easy.

Couples get away

Everything for our couples get away was spot on. The only issue we had was several pieces of carpeting in both bedrooms that had noticeable stains that were not treated or cleaned before our visit. Otherwise, gray communication and a great place to enjoy and relax. Thank you for our time.

No Place Like SPI

There is no better feeling than checking into a fabulous condo after arriving on the island! Knowing you have a safe, secure, ample, modern condo with an amazing view is the icing on the cake! The location, amenities, access to the elevator, the heavenly view you get from your balcony, on-site security, and access to the beach, make this condo an annual tradition! See you all next year!

Great location and facilities!

The condo was excellent! Pool was beautiful and so close to the beach. Good food within walking distance, so you couldn’t beat the location. Interior of the condo was updated, clean, and had all the amenities you could ever need. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo that met every want

Awesome view of the ocean. Short walk to water. The pools were very warm, but the closest pool was a bearable temp. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The master bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend
