This approximately 55m² ground floor apartment is friendly and attractively decorated. It has a living room with dining table and a newly integrated in the spring of 2019 kitchen (incl. Microwave with baking function). Through a small conservatory you reach the terrace. There are also two separate bedrooms (1x 1 double bed incl. TV / 1x 2 single beds) and a shower room in the apartment. All rooms are with tiles or Laminate equipped.
When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

This cozy ground floor apartment with conservatory and terrace is located in the center of Harlesiel in the immediate vicinity of the marina. Spend your vacation in this apartment with up to 4 people and a baby / toddler and take advantage of the numerous opportunities for recreation. Explore the region by bike or on foot. In just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach and the ferry terminal to the island Wangerooge or to the seal banks. Also to the Cliner source with swimming pool and spa area or to the center of Carolinensiel with its numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping is not far away. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The house offers its own parking space and a garaging for your bicycles.

Schöne Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Dies wurde von der Agentur geregelt. Sehr zuvor- und entgegenkommende, vor allem freundliche, Abwicklung mit der Agentur

Ameisen zur Begrüßung

Wir waren zum Glück nur vier Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Wenn wir es für einen längeren Zeitraum gebucht hätten, hätten wir uns schon sehr geärgert. Zum Glück hat das Wetter mitgespielt, sodass wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Es begrüßten uns viele Ameisen im Wohnraum, auf dem Küchentisch und in den Betten der Kinder. Da die Kinder so verständlicher weise nicht in den Betten schlafen wollten, nutzen wir die Klappcouch im Wohnraum. Dabei fanden wir viel Staub unter der Couch, der dort schon etwas länger liegen musste. Unser Hund freute sich noch über alte Leckerlies, die ebenfalls unter Couch lagen. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr feucht und die Feuchtigkeitsfänger fast randvoll. Darüber hinaus ließ sich das Badezimmerfenster nicht öffnen. Nochmal werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht buchen.

Kurztrip

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen unterwegs. Die Matratzen im Doppelzimmer waren sehr neu, auch der Wohnbereich war offensichtlich neu renoviert, allerdings war das Zimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen und in einem sehr schlechten hygienischen Zustand. Es gibt keinen Schrank für die Kleidung. Eine Nachttischlampe lässt sich nur anschließen, wenn man das Kabel quer vor die Tür spannt, dann geht diese allerdings nicht mehr auf. Wenn dieses Zimmer auch noch renoviert wird, dann ist die Wohnung super.
