The detached holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2017, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a lively environment, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location at the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic, and romantic accommodation. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. Ground floor: Wind trap 50 sqm, not heatable.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom 24 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 3 tables, 12 chairs and porch swing. Bedroom 8 sqm and with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom 17 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the living room 2 sqm and with dinette, TV, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (230 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with, toys, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to end of September 25 m x 50 m 1.4 m deep). Paddling pool and children's pool (6 m x 8 m 1 m deep). Access to the swimming pool and beach with umbrellas and loungers is included in the displayed price from June to September. From 13th April to 31st May (optional) by purchasing a club card on site.

We are located in the southern part of Sicily and are the ideal crossroads to visit the beauties of our beloved land, the sea with golden sandy beaches, the Baroque of Scicli, Noto and Ragusa Ibla, the Greek Syracuse, and Agrigento, the Villa Romana del Casale in Piazza Armerina, the cuisine and local fresh fish from Scoglitti (fishing village), where every afternoon from Monday to Friday the fishermen return with their boats to the small harbour and sell whole boxes at reasonable prices, and how can one not go to Modica to taste chocolate, visit the locations of Montalbano, just 8 km away. There is the Donnafugata Castle, in short, ours is an area kissed by sun and sea with a coastline of golden sand and a seabed suitable for children.

Dog beach in Scoglitti 5 km. The Athena Resort is 4.8 km from the fine, golden sandy beach, equipped with a bar, canoes, and pedal boats.
