Double booked and never notified

Drove 6 hours to find out we did not have a place to stay even thought we have confirmation emails and check in information sent to us days before. Never notified until I called they owner. Very upset and will never go through that again. Supposedly VRBO booked along with another company to different people and we got screwed. Owner was off no help. Very frustrated as we booked in January and communicated multiple times with owner and she acknowledged yes you did but sorry it was booked by said other company and I didn't know it. How do you not know that when money is going in your account. Would never recommend this company or that place again. No help what so ever and oh yeah did I mention it was the Total Eclipse so yeah finding another place was not possible.

Booked additional nigh for Eclipse..

Owner double booked - never communicated and wasn't told till I called her and confirmed which building it was. I was THERE and had gotten checkin information. Worst VRBO experience ever and will never book through here again!
