The maisonette wind strength 9 offers 60 m² of space for up to 5 people and is the perfect place for your family vacation! The new building was completed at the end of 2018 and has all the amenities one could wish for.

Central location

The apartment is in a quiet location in the heart of Scharbeutz. Through the beautiful spa gardens you can walk to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach within four minutes. Bakeries and supermarkets are also within walking distance and there is a great children's playground behind the house.

The three-room apartment Wind strength 9 offers you a lot of space to relax on 60 m² on two floors. The large living room has a cozy sofa corner, a bright dining area directly in front of the window front and adjacent to it a modern kitchenette with high-quality appliances. From here you have access to the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy many sunny hours thanks to the south-facing orientation. There is also one of the two bedrooms on the lower floor with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide), a flat-screen TV with swivel arm and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large and walk-in shower, a toilet and a towel radiator.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which serves as a second bedroom with the double bed (1.80 wide). In addition, the comfortable sofa bed (1.40 wide) can be used as an additional bed. The Velux windows in the attic can be darkened by electric shutters.
Furthermore, you can reach the apartment comfortably via an elevator and large hallways, on which strollers can also be parked.

A large flat screen TV with swivel arm in the living room invites you to cozy movie evenings. Both bedrooms also have swiveling flat-screen TVs. In addition, the apartment has free WiFi access.

Moderne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das große Zimmer oben mit Sofa und viel Platz zum spielen war für die Kinder einen Highlight. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: das Haus ist etwas hellhörig.

Fantastische Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen

Wir waren das erste Mal und recht spontan in Scharbeutz und sind über FeWo-Direkt auf diese Ferienwohnung gestoßen. Kurzum: Wir sind begeistert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern, sauber und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Alle benötigten Utensilien wie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Föhn, Spülmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung besitzt einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man nachmittags die Sonne genießen kann. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind überdurchschnittlich groß und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Im kleinen aber sehr feinen Badezimmer ist auch eine ebenerdige Dusche untergebracht. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und überaus ansprechend. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, der Strand und die wunderschöne Promenade sind zu Fuß in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in 900 Meter Entfernung vorhanden. Wir kommen im September auf jeden Fall wieder.
