This two-room ground-floor apartment is located near the beach and is only about 150 metres from the Baltic Sea. Here, up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) will find the perfect holiday home to make their Baltic Sea getaway unforgettable. The living/dining room, featuring a corner sofa that can be converted into a third sleeping area (sleeping surface: 1.20 x 2.00 m), invites you to relax. A large smart TV, radio, and stereo system provide entertainment. The dining table with 4 chairs is also located here, and the integrated kitchen—which offers all the amenities you need—is just a short walk away. A ceramic cooktop with 4 burners and an oven ensure that the kitchen stays warm and inviting. A refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a dishwasher are also available here.

This room also leads out to the furnished west-facing terrace. A hedge provides privacy here, and a parasol shields you from excessive sunlight.

The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m with a full-length mattress), a spacious closet, and a TV. External blinds ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth.
During the season 2026 (15.05. - 15.09.25), guests have access to a seasonal beach chair on the beach.
A parking space is available at the house. There is an outdoor parking area for bicycles, and well-behaved dogs are allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is included

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.
