The master en suite, located in the back of the home, contains a lush queen bed, 50” SmartTV and ceiling fan. The en suite has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. A large skylight bathes the bath with wonderful daylight. Bedroom two, on the other back half of the home features a lush queen bed, ceiling fan and quick access to bathroom two. Bathroom two has a tub/shower combo and single vanity.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (interior)
Walk through the front door to be charmed by the beautiful Craftsman design and colors. Enter into a sitting room with two side chairs place in front of the beautifully tiled fireplace. Adjacent to the sitting room is the living room with two sofas and seating for 6. A 65” SmartTV is there for your viewing pleasure. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers if you want to watch your favorite shows and movies.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining with seating for 8. The dining room features classic build-in cabinets made of solid oak. This room opens up to the updated kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals to pair with your latest Paso Wine acquisitions. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, gas stove, etc.) along with a classic farmhouse sink. It’s also stocked with all the cooking utensils, small appliances and staple spices necessary…and, a Keurig coffeemaker.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (exterior)
The front yard offers a few seating areas to eat or just enjoy conversation. There is a picnic table with an umbrella for full cover which is perfect for dining al fresco. On the front porch there is seating area with a coffee table which is perfect for early evening cocktails and appetizers and lively conversation before dinner or dining out. Lastly there’s a side table and two chairs in front of the picture window for some private conversation, coffee or just enjoying the gardens and shade. The whole front yard is fenced in and private. The BBQ is located out back down the stairs from the kitchen.

We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent included in the laundry area (downstairs). The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Downtown Paso Robles! You can walk to the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. It’s also just a dozen blocks from the new Paso Market Walk where you can find all sort of gastronomical delights.
PROVISIONS
The nearest grocery store is Albertsons which has an incredible wine selection. It's just over the 1st street bridge. Smart & Final is also a close-by grocer, a dozen blocks away, north on Spring Street. Just a block away is Cregor’s Liquor & Deli that has an impressive deli (their tri-tip sandwiches are to die for) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just two blocks away is Twisted & Glazed, a unique and delectable donut shop. There's also a Trader Joe's just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, Organic, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include BL Brasserie, The Hatch, Thomas Hill Organics, Buena Tavola, Fish Gaucho, Street Side Ale House, The Alchemist and Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
ACTIVITIES
Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, zip-lining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content. And don’t miss Paso latest attraction, Sensorio. Designed by artist, Bruce Munro, the “Field of Light” exhibition is a 15-acre walk-through experience through over 58,000 stemmed spheres.
