Serenity is a spacious 5-bedroom (plus 2 Family Rooms) split-level home with 3 full baths and an outdoor shower on Silver Lake adjacent to the kids' playground and park. It is available for one-week rental only in the summer, June-end of August. We can accommodate comfortably up to 12 people. has spectacular views of the lake with birds and wildlife. Walking equal distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and all attractions in Rehoboth. An unusually private and quiet location on a quiet L-street.. The dining room is a veranda fully enclosed by glass with sliding Pella screens overlooking the lake. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, family rom and game room with a ping pong table, darts, and an extra refrigerator. The backyard on the lake has a grill, outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows, table, and 6 chairs. The house is adjacent to a walkway across the lake to watch the birds, egrets and turtles: feeding time with breadcrumbs from the bridge is in the afternoon! We also have a canoe and a sanding paddle board for your enjoyment, row under the bridges to the open larger part of the lake. The house is beautifully furnished and has 2 extra couches on the lower level. Delaware has no taxes and attracts factory outlets with fabulous nearby shopping.
The private driveway accommodates 2 cars. Two additional hangers for parking are provided for May 15--Sept 15. All amenities, laundry and dishwasher detergents, full kitchen (owner is a great cook) with many extra cooking items, oils, spices, salt, pepper, sugar are on site. Heating/Cooling: Central 2 A/C units and ceiling fans in each room. Unlimited long-distance phone service, games, books, DVDs, will keep you and your kids busy!
We provide pillows and blankets. Bring your own sheets, 2-3 pillowcases/bed, and personal towels. Rental for summer months is 1 week only.
NO SMOKING, and NO PETS! ONE WEEK RENTALS ONLY FOR SUMMER SEASON

Great location

Nice place at the beach. Plenty of space and a wonderful dining area overlooking the pond. My only complaint would be that the entrance is overgrown and hard to get through.

The host Lia es second to none. She was very attentive to our needs and ensured the house was in perfect conditions. The house is well located, within walking distance to the beach and very close to supermarkets, and the town.We will come back as the place was superb

Great Location

Plenty of room for our multi-generational family. Not a good beach day? There is a very nice playground next door. Too much stuff to carry to the beach? We had no problem driving right down the street and finding parking. We had a very nice stay!

Excellent classic beach house

Super large and very conveniently located house that feels charmingly old school in its retro originality. The beds listed are confusingly sized, just bring queen sheets and they will fit everything. For this price, it is quite annoying that linens are not provided. Not even hand towels for bathrooms.
