This condo complex is very close to the well-known Fort Macon State Park. Tasteful furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen are all the necessities needed for a relaxing, stress-free vacation at the beach! The Southwinds condo complex offers an outdoor community pool, outdoor community grills, and a private beach access for its guests. A Linen package is included with each reservation. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-The complex does not have an elevator
-No pets
-No smoking
-There are two EV charging stations for guest use at Southwinds located at the back of building E.
