Freshly renovated in 2022 “Natural High” is located right on Lake Norman on a flat 3/4 acre lot that boasts over 180 degree uninterrupted views and direct water access from it’s covered dock, shallow kayak launch area and over 3,000 sq/ft of professional designer decorated space.
It has two living spaces within the main house providing separate living for kids or additional families. The outside space is amazing……there’s a stand-alone rustic Activity barn structure with a kitchen, sit-up bar, ping pong table and music. Attached is a huge outdoor party area with large steel fire pit that’s surrounded by modern Adirondack chairs, outdoor music, horseshoe and corn hole pitches. A conversation area with a sofa and chairs, and we even have a special mascot who thrives on being part of selfies.

The main house is decorated in a Rustic Modern style and has four bedrooms (all with TV’s), three full bathrooms and one half bath. There’s 10 beds 4 being kings and we can sleep 14.

As you enter the front door you immediately look through to the expansive lake views and the fun filled back yard. There’s an open floor plan Livingroom with a leather sofa and multiple chairs for conversing or watching the 60” 4K TV. A pair of French doors lead to the lakeside wrap around covered porch that has full view of the lake. Back into the house there’s a ample sized main kitchen with Granite countertops, farm sink, appliances (including a gas range, dishwasher and fridge). The dining room shares the lake views and includes a large expansive farm table that seats 8-12 people. The very comfortable Master bedroom has full lake views as well, and has a moody en-suite with a large rustic shower and coffee bar. Additionally there’s a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. Upstairs there’s a full bathroom and two bedrooms with King beds and two single beds tucked into cozy nooks. Additionally there’s a fun kids hangout area that has a TV, play table with toys and two additional single bed cubbies.

The main floor Bunkroom will certainly get a “Wow” from everyone. It has a massive bunk that includes one of the king beds and two attached singles above. There’s a large sectional sofa positioned to watch the 70” 4K TV. There also is a Coffee/Snack bar, a game table for puzzles or a card game, and a shuffleboard table to keep things lively.
