Welcome to our magnificent 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with breathtaking Western ski area views! This home has stunning panorama views of Lincoln Peak, overlooking protected meadows, two streams, and a serene swimming pond. The spacious front yard, adorned with exquisite landscaping and stone work, creates a picturesque setting.
The first floor features a master suite with radiant heat, providing cozy comfort during your stay. Additionally, the second-floor master suite, conveniently located off the kitchen. The open kitchen/dining/living room area provides a perfect gathering space with access to two incredible decks one for enjoying the morning sun and the other for witnessing captivating afternoon sunsets.
Our outdoor amenities include an inviting hot tub with an outdoor shower, allowing you to relax while surrounded by the beauty of nature. e. Two family rooms provide ample space for guests to spread out and appreciate the delightful design elements that make this home truly special.
Outside, you'll discover a large pond fed by two small streams, situated in the midst of a vast, level back yard. The meticulous landscaping and stone work tie the entire property together, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
This location is truly exceptional, offering unbelievable southern and western exposure with breathtaking sunsets. Conveniently located just down the road from Blueberry Lake, the East Warren Market, and the Roxbury Gap Road, our home provides easy access to local amenities and outdoor activities.

Our home is located in a picturesque country setting in Vermont. Despite our best efforts to mitigate bugs and mice, being in a natural environment means encounters with these critters are possible. While we take measures to address this, we cannot guarantee that you won't have an occasional visitor during your stay.
Our property is an older home that comes with its own unique character and charm. The home may have some dated features and minor quirks, which we believe add to its distinctiveness. We appreciate your understanding that, while we strive to maintain the property to the best of our ability, it may not have the modern conveniences of a newly built home.

What to be aware of:
- It is an older home out in the country in Vermont we do our best to mitigate bugs and mice but we can not guarantee you will not have a visitor.Â
- Pets require a $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee MAX 2 DOGS. DOGS Must be in a kennel when alone in the condo. Must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after your pet. Please keep pets off furniture.Â
- TRASH removal is not included. We ask guests to bring trash to the dump or you will be charged $15 a bag.Â
