The house is located at the end of a private neighborhood in the woods in Duxbury, VT. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially later in the evening.
Access to the entire home and property. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.
The house was built in 2023 and is brand new. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is centrally located just minutes from Mad River Glen, Sugarbush, and the Waitsfield town center and Waterbury town center. The house offers a bright, airy, open floor plan ideal for single or multi-family getaways. Stone countertops, a induction stove, and a beautiful open kitchen space awaits those who love to entertain and cook! This comfortable home is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating and entertainment for the whole family. Guests will find comfortable beds and freshly-cleaned linens in each bedroom.
An AWD/4WD vehicle with snow tires is required during winter. There is very little public transportation in the Mad River Valley. All of our guests typically drive at least one or more vehicles.

The house was clean and had plenty of space with good views. The road definitely has a steep incline but is easily manageable in summer and the house was close to everything we needed.
