Entire two story 3 bedroom home in a peaceful neighborhood overlooking Horsetooth Reservoir. It’s walking/biking distance to Horsetooth Reservoir, Horsetooth Mountain Park & Lory State Park. Come relax and enjoy one of Colorado’s best lakes and trail systems. We’re only 20 minutes from downtown Fort Collins and 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. Home has a queen bed in each room, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, loft/office area, washer/dryer, and a rear deck with a grill.
