With multiple living areas and room to spread out, it’s an ideal home base for relaxed family getaways.

Morning walks, bike rides, and sunset strolls are easy with the Spring Creek Trail just three doors away. Explore miles of paved paths on foot or by bike, with three complimentary cruiser bikes provided. Easy access to Old Town Fort Collins, nearby parks, and Horsetooth Mountain Open Space makes this location ideal for both relaxed outings and outdoor adventure.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fully fenced backyard with a flagstone patio, private hot tub, fire pit, ample outdoor seating, and a children’s play structure with swings. An elevated balcony features an outdoor dining table, pergola, and propane BBQ grill. Three complimentary cruiser bikes are available for guest use.

INDOOR LIVING: Multiple living areas, each with a Smart TV, dining table with seating for 8, electric fireplace, laptop-friendly workspace, card table, dart board, board games, and ceiling fans.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout shades, linens and towels, keyless entry, heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron and ironing board, and cleaning essentials. Kid-friendly amenities include a highchair, baby gate, pack ’n play, and more.

PARKING: Two-car garage and driveway parking

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if hot tub is used.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the location of property was close to CSU (five minute drive to Moby Arena). Kitchen was fully equipped for meals and the size of home was perfect for three generations under one roof! The host was very prompt at responding to messages and very kind. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had 4 bedrooms which were great. It was near a great walking trail and in a lovely neighborhood. My 3 yr old granddaughter loved the swings in the backyard and we all loved the hot tub.

The house was very comfortable and in a perfect location! We had things planned all around town, especially at Horsetooth and downtown, and everything was easily accessible. This home is so close to everything we needed. The grocery is 1/2 mile, our family 1 mile, and the walking/biking trail is just steps away. The kitchen is stocked with perfect cooking utensils and appliances for a longer stay. We definitely will be returning.

Great house for families

Four nice bedrooms with two living spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. Useable garage with garage door opener. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans for cooking. Only two bathrooms, One up and one down. Great location.
