About this property

With a mixture of modern and Bavarian stylish 3 room apartment, ideal for 4-5 vacationers is located in the attic and is about 75 square meters. You will find 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed. In a largest bedroom with a double bed you will also find a very cozy single bed.
Bed and table linen as well as cozy bath and hand towels are of course included. In the living room you will find comfortable sofas, modern TV and dining table. The apartment has a separate modern kitchen, there are dishwasher, coffee machine (Tassimo), kettle, toaster. it is very well equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself during your vacation.
The nicely furnished apartment also has two balconies. On the balconies you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains. The balconies are furnished with chairs and tables. Just a nice place to enjoy the summer evenings.
In the bathroom (shower / toilet) there is a shower cabin. Of course we also have a hair dryer ready for you. Apartment is perfectly supplied with free parking and WiFi.
The apartment is very close to the center. You need about 5 minutes to reach the pedestrian zone. There you will find restaurants, supermarkets but also small local shops such as a typical Bavarian bakery. The bus stop is right outside the door. With the GaPa card, which you get from us, you can use the bus free of charge to discover the surrounding area.

Zentral und empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, schnelle unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Saubere Wohnung, gute Lage, wenn auch etwas laut aufgrund der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Relativ einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Inserat etwas verwirrend da Fotos von allen Wohnungen des Ferienhauses mit der Wohnung verlinkt sind. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit schrägen Decken, für grosse Menschen sehr niedrig. Die Betten sind komfortabel aber sehr weich. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.
