About this property
Close to everything downtown, and has everything you need.
Ruby House is a comfy 3 unit home in a peaceful downtown urban neighborhood. The 4 bedroom renovated home honors much of the 1918 historic elements including original craftsman tile fireplace, doors, hardware and woodwork. The home is well appointed with our guest's comfort in mind. Close to amazing restaurants. Getting around the city and area is easy, good public transit and walkable. Hiking, biking and every other outdoor/other activity is within reach.
We do our best to give guest space to truly acclimate while they are visiting, but I am available if you have questions or need something. We are also sometime around maintaining the property; we try to keep this to a minimum to preserve our guests privacy.
Ninth and Ninth, Downtown, Liberty wells
Private access to all outdoor spaces that the home has to offer.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, two full baths (one with a charming clawfoot tub and the other with a spa shower, Chef's kitchen and large dining space; downstairs units have separate entrances, full kitchens and bathrooms. You can come together and gather yet still maintain a separate space...it's the best of both worlds. *Of note, we have hard water, so please help us out by squeegeeing the shower glass with each shower and downstairs the shower doors can be a little tricky, please make sure that you close the shower door gently and tightly, so our floors don't get ruined.

I would stay there again. Was well kept and well equipped.
Place had everything and more. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t cook. Lots of restaurant chooses near by. House came with some amenities we did not expect, but happy to have.

The property was pretty good overall. Keep in mind the house is over 100 years old. Further from the convention center than we thought. Caution: alert the owner if you find anything broken or cracked upon arrival or during your stay. And video or photograph the place when you check out.
Stayed here with other graduate students for an academic conference for a little less than a week. It was very nice and everything worked well! Lots of labels on everything and instructions on how to use everything in the house. We loved the hot tub! All the sleeping spaces were good- note though that the third sleeping space in the top half of the house is a pull out couch, we didn't realize that when we booked. Great location, close to everything, very safe! There are tons of food places in walking distance and cute boutiques! An ice cream place 2 minutes walk away was so fun. Not too far from downtown. I'd definitely recommend!
