We are located on what the locals fondly call the "quiet end of the beach" where traffic and parking are never an issue. Watercrest is a beachfront condominium with a beautiful pool complex that includes a large pool (heated during cooler months) TiKi Bar, Kiddie Pool Area, and Hot Tub Area. Other onsite amenities include tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and bocci ball. Either directly on the beach at Watercrest or close by you can rent jet ski's or a pontoon boat or go diving or snorkeling, ride the banana boat, go parasailing and many other water activities listed below.

You will enjoy high quality furnishings and bedding throughout in this 1440 sq. ft. two bedroom and two bath condo. One of the most exciting perks of this condo is the large covered balcony. If truly feels like an extension of the interior, TV included! All new appliances, flooring, paint, and furnishings are your to enjoy! All bedrooms and the living room offer flat screen TV's. We "stream" our TV services. Netflix, YouTube TV and many others are available allowing you to watch endless movies, news channels and the local channels. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal – all you need to do is decide if you want to eat inside at the dining table or outside on the covered balcony – both have fantastic water views and spectacular sunsets! The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second large bedroom has two queen size beds. In the living room you have available 2 twin size cots allowing you to sleep comfortably 8 people. There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach fondly known by locals as the "quiet end of the beach" because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as tennis and shuffleboard courts and pickle ball courts, heated pool cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racket ball court and exercise room.
Attraction Information:
There are multiple vendors on he beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing or tubing or pick a dive boat or select to go on a snorkeling expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, spend some time in an arcade or go shopping or site seeing. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park, a 170 acre shopping and entertainment mecca, is a 10 minute drive away. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Any golf enthusiast will be elated to spend the day at one of several beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo.
