Central Casita - New Braunfels Near Schlitterbahn

Stay awhile at Casita Comal. This guest house is centrally- located in the heart of town. Walk to the new HEB/BBQ drive-through, Walgreens, On The Grind Coffee, and other local shops and restaurants. Casita Comal is situated behind a historic home from the 1920's (available to rent soon!) and shares the same parking area. Kick back and relax on the veranda or take your morning coffee in the private backyard before you head out to the river.

PLEASE NOTE: You might see us around working on the front property (separate house from the Casita) but there is plenty of space in between the homes and we will stay out of your way unless you need us :)

PARKING: You'll have the whole Casita to yourself, and will share a parking area with the other house on the property. Please park in designated parking spaces only, ***Do not block driveway ***

Casita Comal is located right off Walnut allowing quick access to the main road and I-35. Guests may hear slight traffic noise throughout the day and normal neighborhood noise like dogs, garbage cans, etc.

Relax and unwind in the spacious bedroom on the king-size Casper mattress while you keep an eye on your emails from the desk nearby. Take your coffee break on the private patio/backyard and enjoy some sun from the garden. Or, Make a quick lunch before you head out on your tube in the full kitchen/fridge area.

- We love our neighbors! Please be respectful entering/leaving the Casita and keep noise levels low, especially 8 pm - 8 am
- No third-party bookings are allowed
- No smoking - guest is responsible for cleaning fees if smoking residue is found
- No parties/large gatherings are allowed in the space
- No unauthorized pets allowed - guest is responsible for cleaning fees if pet damage is found
